As you all know i have had to given up the minding which is a great shame. Well i have to buff myself up on my cv about the office experiance i have had whilst in this role.

I have thought about:

Confidential information and sharing.
Petty cash and budgets.
Marketing and sales,
basic accounting and tailling!!
Training
Behavioural management

Waht else??? I need to do this tonight for the agnecy tomorrow.

became a single parent and no choice ssd. any other ideas?

Did also think themes but cant think how that would relate to normal office work.

Planning activites and ratios but again not sure how that can be related so any thoughts are greatly apprecaited.

communication skills; dealing with parents from all walks of life as well as various professionals (health visitors, teachers, ofsted inspectors etc), answering telephone enquiries/interviewing parents etc)
technology awareness (what programs do you know; word, excel etc,)
typing/presentation skills (did you produce a handbook/policies etc)
