We were with LV but are shopping around for a better price, however most companies have 'not used as a business' as a condition...

i got my current policy through the NCMA Homeminder (Layton Blackham). Worked out cheaper than our previous policy and a higher level of cover. Don't know anyone who's had to claim through them though.

Previously our policy was through the Woolwich, they didn't have a problem when I told them I was a childminder and they were excellent with every claim we put in.

just had a really good quote from 'more than'. £10 a month cheaper than our current insurers. no problem with childminders either. buildings and contents £22. per month.
