No real reason for my question, I was just wondering how many children everyone has on their books.
Ive got 8 including my own plus one of my mindees parents is pregnant.
So thats 5 months, 10 months, 2x3 yrs, 5 yrs, 7 yrs, 9 yrs, 10 yrs and 11 yrs and unborn baby due to start at end of year.
Hope your all enjoying the holidays and its only 1 week and a day till kids start back school here .

I have 13 mindees on my books + my own kids (aged 6, 11 & step son who is 12).

My mindees are all part-time and are
2 x1year olds, 3 x 2year olds, 3 x 3year olds, 2 x 5year olds, 1 x 6 year old, 1 x 8 year old and 1 x 11 year old.
I am really lucky as their hours all slot in nicely together and they are all fab kids (most of parents nice too)

Katymac · 11/08/2006 16:05

From September I will have five 2x1yrs 2x3ys and a 5 year old plus by own three.

Jensmum · 11/08/2006 17:31

I've only got 2 and they're siblings
boy 3yr9 (going to nursery Sept)
girl 2yr6

I've got 3 vacancies for over 5's, never had any enquiries for schoolies.

Also have dd just 4 going into reception so termtime it will be just me and youngest during the day. We've still got about 3 weeks left till school starts.

ayla99 · 11/08/2006 18:02

Most of mine a term-time so this summer I've had just 1 x 5 yr old each week plus odd days here and there with over eights.

In September they'll all be back plus new mindies so I shall have (including my own):
3 x under 5s
3 x 4 year olds
1 x 5-8 yrs
6 x over 8s

But not all on the same days, these are all part timers.

dmo · 11/08/2006 18:53

oh my god let me add up
3 x 10yr olds
1 x 9yr old
3 x 8yr olds
6 x 7 yr olds
1 x 6 yr olds
2 x5 yr olds
1x 4 yr olds
1 x 3 yr olds
1 x 2 yr old
1 x 1 yr old

two children starting in sept aged 7 mths and aged 8mths
i hate counting up it worries me

mum2akebk · 11/08/2006 19:19

At moment I have my own who are

19,15 and 13 years (don't require too much care!!)
7 and 2 years

Then I mind

1x8yo
1x7yo (only one through school hols)
1x6yo

All after schoolies.

Desperately trying to fill my two under 5 spaces still-have had a few enquiries-seeing two mums next week-hope something comes of them, although only one is for an under 5 and shift work, other enquiry is for two children before and after school term time only-however if I take these on I will have limited capacity for my other under 5 space.

Oops sorry going off topic!

ssd · 11/08/2006 19:21

Lots and lots, aged from 1 - 12 years. Sometimes I feel very lucky and privileged to have been chosen by all the families ... sometimes I am just knackered!!

dmo · 12/08/2006 12:28
