Hi ladies, I’m thinking about offering a lovely young girl a job as a nanny to my 8 month girl. I’m based in SW12, I’m gonna need her for a long shifts, 11hours per day, 5 days per week, so around 230 hours per month. What you think that would be an appropriate rate? Thanks!

11 hours a day is pretty standard for a nanny. £10-12 net for an experienced nanny in SW12 is the going rate, however, please agree a gross wage as that will accurately reflect the cost of having her.
