What is a typical hourly rate for a nanny outside of London (I'm in East Kent)

I have a babysitter working for me at the moment and she's fab. I'd like to offer her the opportunity of extending her hours, but also extending what she does. Prior to that I need to check first what a typical hourly rate would be.

we pay £8 an hour. Seems about typical locally (Derbyshire). Nursery staff mostly on minimum wage so getting a fair bit more for nannying

£8-£12 gross an hour I expect.

Have a look through job listings to see if any give an indication of salary for a similar position.
