Question bank for Nanny interview

Hi all

We're just about to start interviewing for a nanny for our four year old, who will be at school mornings but with the nanny from lunchtime and through the afternoon (we're not in the uk) please can you share any great interview questions / question banks you've used. Also, do you introduce the child at first or second interview stage.
