employer says ive been paid with vouchers....I havent received them

My employers paid the bulk amount of my paycheque from their personal account last week. I was told the remaining 250 would come from vouchers but they still haven't arrived! spoke to employers about it yesterday but today they came back and said their account shows confirmation its been paid??? I have never had this problem before and not sure what I can do about it? when I logged onto my online banking and look at incoming I see I am missing about £100 from my previous pay which I am assuming was meant to come from vouchers but it never did.
I have previously been paid with these vouchers before and never had a problem.

Have you contacted the voucher company

this old chestnut... Have you checked your account with the voucher company? your employer pays them, usually on the day they get paid. The voucher company then pays you on the day that you've elected with them. Call the voucher company and get them to explain - if your employer has been deducted, they're in funds. I've had this issue before and every single time it was our nanny not working out how to operate her account with the voucher company. Wore thin after a while.

my elected day is the 30th of the month, , employer says she sent them on the 26th. I've never had this problem in the 3 yrs ive been paid with these vouchers so didn't know the procedure, I will contact them.

30th was a Saturday; find out what their action is when your elected day falls on a weekend or bank holiday and adjust if necessary.

thanks for the help.
For some reason they were being held because of the Saturday and were due to come next month. Got the lady on the phone to release them so its all sorted.
