I have 6 year old twins and I'm heading back to work, live in London so childcare hard to find and really expensive. What's best afterschool club, childminder or Nanny?

After school club only does a few hours and is often only during term time.
Childminder could do before and after school care, plus all day in school holidays.
Nanny is probably the most expensive option if you need someone to cover all day.

It depends what you need... What start time and finish time would you need? Do you need childcare only during term time, or also during some of the school holidays?

What choices are there locally? Are there childminders who collect from the school? Does the school have it's own after school club, if so does it also do a breakfast club and holiday club?

Do you have room for an au pair? They can do before/after school and some holiday cover.

If you have after school club as an option and the timings work for you then that would be simplest in term time, but you need to think about holiday cover then.
