I feel you will need a lot more detail in an ad. As a nanny I would expect to know hours of work, days, salary, a list of duties that you feel are vital. I would want reassurance that you knew about creating a contract of employment, about your duties as the employer to do payroll. If you needed a driver, with their own car or not.
