Anyone have an example of a nannies employment contract they can share?

I am hiring a nanny on a temporary part time basis and need a contract but I don't want to spend money getting one made up as she's only going to be working for us for 6 weeks. Does anyone have an example of a contract they could send me that I could copy and use as a base?

by the way ive just read it....

I would take out the bit about nannies not having bank holidays off, and ensure that bit isnt included...

Generally nannies have bank holidays OFF AND it does NOT count towards their holiday...

I most certainly would NOT work for a family who expected me to work bankholidays! NO WAY!

although if only for 6 weeks wouldnt be relevant to you anyway... i was shocked it was even there to be honest!
