Casual Babysitters and regular Nannys in Cambridge UK

We are moving to Cambridge UK from Sydney Australia in January 2014 with our young family. We have two boys aged 3.5 and 18 months. Initially, I will need a casual babysitter and once I start working a regular nanny a few days a week. Can anyone suggest what the good agencies / websites are for finding babysitters/ Nanny's in the Cambridge area?

I use sitters.co.uk for casual, but hire through a nanny specific agency for nannies.

www.nannyjob.co.uk is quite good and they also have a babysitting section which is free to find a babysitter (something that's becoming much rarer) here. You have to pay to advertise for a nanny though.
