Need a Nanny

I am looking to return to work and need to find a trust worthy nanny to for 6 - 7 hours per day care. Live in Swindon, any advice on how to go about this?

I don't know if I can write it, but I use kangaroo aupair to find mine. The website is really easy to use and there are lots of girls looking for a job. I hired an Spanish girl, she's looovely and my ds and dd are so happy with her. I'm really satisfied so far!
