I am planning to start ttc at Christmas.

I am a btwm and would not expect to return to nannying as I'll have two. My contract comes up for renewal in October.

I feel like I would like to give my family the heads up that I hope to fall pregnant again in the near future, but not sure if this is actually wise. Just after people's opinions. They've never directly asked me but until recently have never made it a secret that I wouldn't be considering another for atleast 3 years for various reasons. As a couple we've decided sooner rather than later is better and for this reason I would feel awful if I announced a pregnancy, completely unexpectedly to them. I realise its not really my problem but ..

Should I wait until after my new contract is signed and tell them....or not tell them at all until I am pregnant?

Personally I would wait until your pregnant as you never know how long it would take etc

Yep I would wait until you actually fall pregnant before telling them, as it could take you a while and if your contract is up this oct for renewal does that mean its a yearly one? In which case even if you fall straight away you prob would be there till nearly the end of the year anyway.

As an employer I wouldn't expect to be told, its very nice of you to worry, though.
I suspe t they would be expecting you to have another child in the near future anyway.

I would suggest... wait till you get pregnant.
