Been made redundant - struggling to get what I'm owed

Was made redundant as a nanny & have outstanding money owed to me by the family

£17 in expenses
£25 babysitting
Holiday pay
Remainder of wages - pro rata pay - worked all the hours

Any advice on how to word it to them as I've tried and seem to be getting no where

Have you received your P45? If you have and you have holiday pay outstanding the P45can't be correct.

Have you written to them setting out the various matters? And have you worked out how much you think the holiday pay and balance of normal pay are?
