Our au pair has resigned and given one month's notice, all for good reason, she has a great new job that truthfully, we never thought she would get.

So, we need a new au pair, live in or live out. Dc's are 10 and 12. We have 3 weeks to do this, which is freaking me out a LOT as we have 2 weeks holidays booked.

I have always used aupair world, but am not sure that I can do it in 3 weeks.

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to find an au pair quickly?
Any agencies you would recommend particularly?
Does gumtree work well?

Argggghhhhh
