Can anyone recommend a good website or training course for children with English as an additional language?

Any tips or activities for encouraging a child with English as an additional language. Recently he has not been talking at all. He does understand what is being said, as he will point to things or follow instructions. He is 27 months.

The children I have had have used lots of pictures, a bit of makaton and I just speak to them all day long. They pick up the everyday words remarkably quickly. Take pictures of all your toys, the car, the toilet etc and it will come.
