My daughter has been ill and off school this week and my au pair very kindly agreed to stay with her while I was at work today. She did 4 extra hours than usual. How much extra should I pay her? SHe is also helping me out on weekend as an extra.
We always pay her for holidays, which are about a week and a half every 3 months.
