Grading good today .

Hi all just to let you all know how proud I am . I had my 1st inspection after 6 months starting . The ladie gave me a good grading . Thanku for everyone's advice on here . Emma . Xxx

My heart was racing as I was so scared . The night before they come I was up till 2.00am making sure all my risk assessments was up to date all my policies and procedures was up to date also there journals was all upto date . She was with me for about 4 hours assessing everything I do with the kids . She will just sit there and watch and ask u eyfs questions . It sounds under pressure but in the end we was having a giggle as the baby was looking at her and crying . Xx just be your self ! Xx

I didn't know what to expect as it wax my 1st inspection but getting a good I was over the moon . Xx
