I bought mine from Pacey. Only because I was ordering stationery anyway and it saved me shopping about. Plus I have reassurance it is exactly what is required. Can't remember how much it was though.

Smaller travel First Aid kits I bought from Tesco. They are fab - come in a zip up pouch. I have them in the car; outings bag; handbag; pushchairs. I can still never find a plaster when I need one though!!

I bought mine from pacey but buy refills off eBay for about £9.

Tesco's, was looking for some antiseptic wipes ( DS1, 14yrs has a habit of falling off his bike, trying to do stunts Hmm ) and a few other items, so was looking at a stand of bits and pieces and they had a 1st aid kit there half price, £5, so I brought that.
