Swapping days

Mom just txt asking if i'd swap a day, i'm doing extra covers for her on the days i have the spaces, but i don't do swapping days otherwise i wouldn't know if i was coming or going if they all did this, How can i explain to her nicely??

Just say im sorry i dont swop days but if you want your child to do extra hours and i have the space then your welcome to use them

I've swapped before and I won't do it again as it muddles everything up. I just say they can book extra. It is hard but necessary as you have to look after your business

I did explain that it just doesn't work as people end up taking advantage, she was lovely, bless her Grin
