Have started back but we are getting married so will be having a honeymoon from x to x date. Parents are booking a holiday too so they dont have to pay as per contractand i am fine with it. Need to explain to them that they pay if they are off when i am available so how is this.
' I am off for honeymoon from x to x if you have the same dates i wont charge but any extra days as i am available will be charged as your holiday'
Not terribly asertive at the best of times and this is the bit i dont like.
