Ofsted Compliance interview

Hi all, I have just been called by Ofsted to arrange a compliance interview which will be next week. It will take an hour,according to the lady who called. So after checking all my relevant paperwork is up to date ( qualifications, first aid and ID !!) I was wondering what happens next ??? Is it like a job interview !?? Are there any lovely nannies out there who have had their interview recently who might be able to shed some light on this for me ??? Thanks so much.

It all depends on the inspector really. The training they get is very variable but it should be an exercise in paperwork and a couple of theoretical questions eg what would you do if you suspected abuse/how do you ensure the environment is safe for your charge.
