I don't want to say too much due to confidentiality.... But we did a trust based activity today, and it's changed our relationship. I could see it when they left.

I feel so proud. Of them. Of me.

I love my job.

yes, definately a milestone moment. sometimes its brilliant when you only have one and you can go the further mile.
