I have to let our cleaner go. I can think of nothing worse than having to tell her. To be honest I want to just text her...worst person ever....like dumping someone by text. I know when I call her I will weaking babble as I am crap at giving bad news.Any advise out there please.

Should this be in this topic?

I think you have posted in the wrong section.

Letting someone go by text is hideous and cowardly. I am not even sure if its legal. I feel you should at least have the decency to write her a letter, thank her for her services and unless you are actually sacking her for incompetance.
