I've been cm for 6 months and I need a mentor

I mean I'm enjoying it, and the kids are blossoming.....but I have a nagging feeling that I'm sure I Coulsdon better, if only there were someone to teach me.

The local authority has made serious cutbacks and the natural contact has left with noreplacement.

So I'm based in Hampshire and am looking for help from someone who isn't so that there are no competition issues.

Can anyone help me?

Do you have a local network? I found joining the CM network invaluable in terms of having someone look at my paperwork, systems etc.

I was a mentor in Dorset, now live on Wilts?Hants border.

I now work as a Nanny have been in Childcare for over 30 years.
