CMs - what are we required by law to keep and for how long?

With my foggy pregnancy brain, I've totally forgotten what our legal requirements are for keeping things and for how long. Anyone know what the requirements are as I've got 20 days of work left then I'm boxing everything up and sticking it in the loft (can't wait to have some space back!).

TIA :) x

I think tax books are 7 years.
The accident records until the child is 21. I also keep the attenance reg with this as it proves what time they arrived and left incase i every need it.

How wonderful to get some space back.

Thanks mumlove :) And yes, will be great to get some space! With 40 mindees, lots of space used up!! Also looking forward to clearing out car seats, buggies and all the toys I won't need (got so much girls stuff as mostly girl mindees - I have 2 boys and this one is another boy!)

xx
