I am looking for inspiration. I have a four yr old boy starting school in Sept 2013. I also have a 18 mnth old. I need to get back to work 5 days a week. I can finish a little early especially on Friday. I have no idea what is best and most cost effective way to go. They are both currently with a child minder who takes my eldest to pre-school and picks up whilst looking after the other 3 days a week. She is unavailable on Fridays.

What do I do? Wait till the youngest is 2? then send to Nursery in May? Is there anyone who will pick them up after school/Nursery and do extra hours in the holidays?
I do have a partner but he works more than I do and never available.

If I drop one to Nursery they would finish at the same time. I am looking at Little Oaks to send my youngest but finishes at the same time as pre-school at hurst green. AARRRGGGHH please help and advise my head is lost and getting no where.

Different childminder, or an additional childminder for Fridays.

As dc and you hopefully are happy with current cm I would look for another cm who can do one day or advertise for a Friday nanny - lots work 3 and 4 days and finding a one day job is nice for extra money esp of an early finish
