How did you source your minder when you used one CM?

Blimey that was 4 years ago. I think dh found a list of registered childminders somewhere on the internet (I will ask him - need to send an email to him in a mo anyway) and I phoned them. Any we were interested in I interviewed. Have you tried posting an advert on netmums (under Barnet)?
