childminder club- my first registration ordeal

Well Ive hit my first problem with OFSTED already. They have lost my £14 registration cheque. Its been cashed but they have no record. So now Ive got to pay £10 to get a copy of the cheque and send it to them!! That will take another 10 days!

will they be refunding the £10 if it turns out to be their error? I hope so.

The worst thing is I expected it! They said they would refund the £10 but its the delays Im worried about.

At least they informed you Isyhan they didnt even talk to me when my £14 went missing. They just assumed that i didnt want to be registered and stopped the process for 4 weeks before finally telling me so i could get it sorted. Angry for you OFSTED need to get themselves sorted!
