Right now I am doing paper work. I am preparing to do some more of my tax return.

I was able to go to my mums on Christmas eve and stay a couple of nights. We then to see my F I L, then travelled back to my mums the next day.

Its the best Christmas, ever, spending time with my mum, siblings and their kids. In some families they do not meet unless its a wedding or funeral etc. It was great to meet for a joyful occassion. The food was yummy. It was very refreshing for me.

Sometimes (if possible) we as cms need to leave the paper work etc and get away and chill and enjoy other things.

What have you been up to? do you feel refreshed or not? what are you doing now?

Now Im a part time nanny instead of a CM (its Shoshe by the way, thought I needed a makeover) I finished work on the 17th and dont go back till the 8th Grin

What a difference, no paperwork, no tax return, just time to sew Grin

Thanks HSMM

I am learning the importance of taking time out as mum/c m. You cannot give your best if you are TOO TIRED.

Mum gave me some good advice "look after yourself". She is in fairly good health.

Did any one work on Christmas day? just wondering, as I know not everyone celebrate Christmas.
