Baby 2 due soon and i was wondering what most CMs would charge whilst I'm on leave. Current CM has said she'd charge half rate for currenty child and nothing til she starts having number 2 when i go back to work. She doesn't charge for her hols or anything. Would you think this is fair. Also if I don't go back to work do you think she'd feel like I was taking advantage as she's said if i ever need her for a break or anything whilst on maternity she'd gladly have ds

When any of my mums took maternity leave, they still continued to send their first child to me as much as they did before (their choice!!) I didn't charge a deposit/retainer or anything for the time before the new baby started.

However, I've only been in this situation twice so am hardly an expert.
