well, she'd like to but isn't quite sure where to start and what to include. What would you suggest (especially if you wanted to file it for Ofsted)?

I'd include all of the things you like such as, happy with; food, care, activities (how they've helped DC develop), communication, general bond between cm and child etc and most importantly why you are happy. E.g. X provides lots of different fun activities and DC is always happy to be left / loves their time there.

It would be very personal to each family.

What was the best bit - Going back to work without worrying? Development of your child? Continuing your organic eating plan? Managing a special diet? Knowing exactly what your child did every day? Photos of your happy smiling child at lunch time? Advice you were given to enhance your parenting skills? Your child having a 2nd home?

Ofsted are quite hot on anything to do with communication with parents, special needs, cultural stuff, so if there was any of that, include it.

What a lovely parent Grin
