Childminders/nannies and nanny-shares in NW3

I was wondering if anyone had any advice or recommendations for reliable childminders or live-out nannies in the NW3 area? I would also consider nanny-shares

hiya, as a fellow north londer myself i needed required urgent help for my 2 little boys and me being me i left it all to the last min! i was kindly recomended www.childcare.com
www.findababysitter.com which both sites gave me background checks and ref from previous families! I have now found a registered childminder in my area and have been happy for the past 9months
