Nannies: have your partners/families met 'your' families?

Just on the back of another thread I was curious really.

My DP has met one of my families, my MBoss invites him in as he often picks me up, wants to know how he's doing and wants him to come for dinner.

My other family haven't met him, don't really ask about him that often and aren't too bothered as long as I don't let my personal life get in the way of my working life.

Both suit me fine, I'm just wondering how it works with others!

Yes in all my perm jobs they met dh as guess they wanted to show an interest and when I left jobs as youngest going to school / moving etc then have always either gone out for a meal with them or gone to theirs and dh came too

In my current job I was invited to dinner with my dh before I started the job - a get to know each other without the children around which was nice.

DP is always invited to charges birthday parties, he has also spent the whole day at work with me once when I hurt my foot and couldn't drive.

Charges have also stayed at my house when bosses went away.

I've had bosses that aren't interested in my personal life and that's fine with me too
