Hi all,
I'm spending all some of my 2 weeks holiday sorting out my paperwork etc ready for the revised EYFS in Sept. [billy-no-mates emotion]

The booklet says that the safeguarding children policy and procedures"must cover the use of mobile phones and cameras in the setting?"

Has anyone got any suggestions as to what this would include and the wording etc?

TIA Grin

I've put that pictures are only taken and used in a way agreed with parents. I have also mentioned security on my phone and laptop.

I've put that I never use a mobile phone for taking pictures as mine doesn't do it. Cameras and photographs were already covered in my photography policy.

Your policy must state why you use digital cameras and mobile and also how you prevent children from misuse...also worth mentioning where you store them for safety
Some also mention that they do not allow pictures taken of children in their care unless parents have agreed
