One of my mindees is going into reception in September. Got Learning journals and display (art work) folders for her. Not sure if she will come to me in the hols. Waiting to hear from parents on thise.

When do you need to pass these unto parents?

Also in the process of waiting for Ofsted, which was due last November. Would like them to see the LJ etc.

I hand them over when they leave, maybe ask mum if you can keep them or borrow them for ofsted to see?

Also you could fill in a 'transition' form. Showing where you have marked the childs progress etc. If you dont get the file back for whatever reason at least you could have a photocopy of this form and show Ofsted evidence you have done observations with the child?
