oh good luck! I can only offer my experience from the other side of the fence... if the children are around when you're being interviewed, try not to wince and look horrified if they're running around excitedly yelling! :o

I hope the woman who did just exactly that when she came to an interview at our house found a job with really quiet pre-schoolers who were happy to sit quietly for hours on end
