au-pair job in London starting asap - anyone interested (or know someone who is)

We had a lovely au-pair for 8 months and then thought we'd found another lovely one to start. She arrived on Thursday night and left half way through yesterday without telling me, then calling me from her father's car to say her mother had been in a car crash. The other AP at school I'd introduced her to confirmed what I unfortunately suspected which is she's just left and hasn't had the courtesy to inform us which is rather rude and very disappointing.

Therefore I'm looking for another lovely au-pair to come and live with us. It's a classic 25 hr a week au-pair job. It involves helping looking after ds (5) and dts (10 months) in the morning from 7-9am, persuading ds to get dressed, changing nappies if dts have done a poo or taking them downstairs to play, helping ds get ready for school and taking him to school. From 4.45-6.45pm the job involves being an extra pair of hands for our nanny and me in helping bathing everyone, homework, helping with clearing up from tea and general bed calming activities. We also need 1 hour light housework a day which includes doing the washing (in co-ordination with our nanny), unloading and reloading the dishwasher and just normal tidying up after meals e.g. wiping table with wet cloth and sweeping the floor.

In return you get your own room on a separate floor from us, your own shower room (unless we have guests), a lovely garden and a friendly family who will provide you with nice meals and are quite fun to be with (we think and so did our last au pair). We are a 5 minute walk from a big shopping centre and 8 minutes from the tube.

So if you are an aupair or know of one who might be interested in this please PM me or have a look for my ad on gumtree!!
