How do you feel when parents come to see you but choose not to use you?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I try to think of it that childminders are a very personal choice and not all people suit each other.

I've also limited my market to just one school/nursery as i'm in a rural area so people need to like the school or have children going there as I can't pick up from any others.

It can hurt sometimes though like when the worst local childminder was going round bragging that someone had chosen her as I was 'awful' apparantly.

I think that they don't know what they're missing Grin
