Childminder's Club: Need logos on Polo shirts???

We want to put our logo onto some poloshirts (for staff) but it's predominantly green (so we don't get snail trails on all our clothes)

The only colour we all like is also green

Big problem - any suggestions?

What about white or black?

Katymac · 22/02/2006 07:49

White will look tatty to quickly (I think)

And Black isn't really a child friendly colour

Fussy aren't I

No you aren't fussy, you want to make sure you get it right.

My dd has an a white sewn on one on her school clothes and so far they have stayed nice.

Katymac · 22/02/2006 13:58

We're now looking at tshirts/tops in the same colour but with no logo

can you not back the logo with white so you can have green tops too?

Katymac · 22/02/2006 14:13

That's possible - there is also an option to put the logo onto a badge - but the lady would charge us £5 each for that - which seems a lot

Is the logo accross the front or in the corner sort of by the breast iyswim

What about having green polo shirt with white or another colour breast pocket ???

RTKangaMummy · 22/02/2006 14:49

What about TABARDS with logo on?

Katymac · 22/02/2006 15:07

I like tabards - but the staff think they are oldfashioned

Like the pocket idea

I think Tabards are very practical

Also if workers leave you can use them again so economical in long run

Or they could share them if they work on different days

RTKangaMummy · 22/02/2006 15:32

ooooooooooops that last link wqas to the logo section

you could get these and sell them to parents

Or get hats with logos on for the children when you go on trips out, to easily identify them in the park or zoo etc.

JanH · 22/02/2006 15:34

Red? Yellow? Orange? Pale blue? (Assume you mean embroidered rather than just printed?)

Katymac · 22/02/2006 15:52

yep I do want embroidered

I found a lady who does them on her machine - but she charges £5 per logo & I thought that was a lot for a preprogrammed logo

it is alot cheaper here
