ive got a good recipe for fruity pancakes (not that anyone will have time to make them but they're a good way of getting kids to eat healthily. Good chopped as finger foods for older babies.

porridge oats
plain flour
1 cup of milk
1 whisked egg
any soft fruit chopped e.g. plum, strawberries, peaches etc etc

mix all togethether and fry in non salted butter for 5 mins on each side- done.

I made some this morning and put honey on them.

I use 'enchantedlearning.com' a wonderful site. Although American, there is still an abundance of info that you can use and crafts to be printed off. The children and I made a great 'planet' mobile, making great use of my laminator for the planets!

Another good website that I use is
www.q-bee.co.uk

I also use www.bbc/schools/pre-schools

Hiya

Someone else just asked me to forward my Birth to Three Matters document (that I don't actually use yet - not been on course) and I wondered if it would be useful to be on the site?

If so, I'll forward it onto whoever is dealing with this :)

RTKangaMummy · 28/02/2006 11:06
