acredited childminders

I didn't realise that in order to got your "15hrs" you had to have a childminder that is acredited. Is there a list somewhere of acredited childminders in your area? I can only find the ofsted registered ones on my local council website and it doesn't mention on there whether a childminder is acredited or not.

I have become disheartened with nurseries and really want my DS to go to a childminder but we can't afford to loose our 15hrs really :(

Help!!

ring your local authority and ask them to supply you with a list, they can generate one easily for you
