Present/Bonus for CM

hi, have had a search for something similar but not found anything so hoping you can help. (have name changed as I think my CM may use this site!!)

We are leaving our fabulous CM in a few weeks' time and we would like to acknowledge the amazing help and support that she has been to us as well as the amazing care she has given our two DCs. We don't have much spare cash but we do have a bit of money left over in our childcare vouchers fund which we won't be needing for a little while. Would it be weird to pay her a significant bonus (am thinking something in the £100s) from our childcare vouchers? There is no way we could afford a cash bonus of that amount.

Otherwise, any good gift suggestions?

Wow, I think that's immensely generous! Anything would be nice, I think - and make sure you give her a fabulous reference!

If you are 'allowed' to do that with vouchers I am sure it would be appreciated, but then even a small token gift would be appreciated too!

Thanks all, think I will go for it - I'd like to give her enough to treat herself and her DCs to something nice. I will also get her some flowers and the children are making her a card as we speak so we will also have something physical to give her when we leave.
