Hi i am awaiting my 1st visit from ofsted on the 22nd, and am in the middle of organising kitchen cupboards to put the 'untouchables' higher. I have ordered the locks for the cupboards, but they haven't arrived yet, will this be a problem? Any tips on other Big things to do....?
Gargen is clean and tidy as is the rest of the house, i'm getting quite nervous now!! Weekend of reading and form filling!! x

As long as you tell the inspector that you inten to get locs then you will be absolutly fine. there are lots of threads on here about inspections, I will bump them up for you. Good luck

A mindee free day and I still can't spell properly!

They don't expect everything to be as it should but like hennipenni said tell them your intentions to do things e.g. Fireguards, stairgates etc. Write a list so you don't forget anything.

They're quite particular about first aid boxes, they don't want you to use antiseptic lotion (or creams) only wipes. Savlon are the only ones I've found that are alcohol free.

Good luck
