Help! Need English Lessons for AP T.V area (Oxon / Bucks)

I'm looking for low cost English language lessons for new AP....Anyone out there with experience? Must be close to public transport (preferably rail links). Any helps would be much appreciated.

This centre Language Training and Development offer free English classes to EU Nationals. They are based in Witney, Oxfordshire and the bus service stops right outside.

Abingdon College, if you are near enough, and other Sixth form-type colleges will do EFL courses as well. How old is your AP? If he/she is under 19 on September 1st of the school year in question, classes at college will be free.
