Who am I?

I am the backbone of a modern family.
I make it possible for parents to enjoy family life,
whilst fulfilling their career potential.
I give children belief in themselves, provide them
with balanced diet and teach them respect and
discipline, with a safe, warm and loving environment.
I am an entertainer, an agony aunt,
a taxi driver and peacekeeper.
I come up with new ideas every day to keep
the toughest audience in the world amused.
I cook, I clean, I iron, I wash, I tidy.
I love and care for every child.

I am a Nanny,
with the best job
in the world.

Happy Nanny Week

Getting out and about - not trapped within 4 walls.

I talked a bit about LetsTalkGross campaign on (very) local radio today. Every little helps spead the word.

The bond that develops between nanny and charge, I love that my 3yr old comes charging down the stairs in the morning for a cuddle when he hears the door open Grin

That's lovely Maples.

I love the freedom to plan fun days and activities for the children, without having to contend with ratios and paperwork and that I can be totally child centred and responsive to the children I care for, in whatever I do.

I love the wonderful welcome in the morning, the smiles and laughter we enjoy throughout the day.

Most of all I love helping the children an watching them grow and develop into happy confident little people, and the wonderful bond that comes with working so closely with a family.

My soon to be nanny is making it possible for me to retrain in a career that I really, really want.
