Hi, I have a profile on childcare.co.uk , but haven't signed on for a few days. I have just gone to sign on but it says my profile has been suspended :( does anyone know why this could be ? I have a review on there aswell, hope it hasn't been lost! I also searched my profile and it says ''user has closed account''

Have you contacted them to ask why?

I paid, but it may have run out...but before i paid i could still log in.
Yes i've just emailed them...waiting for a reply. It's very odd!

Did you put any contact details in your main profile bit? That's the main thing I can think of.

hmm, Wouldn't of thought there would of been a complaint, i have only worked for two families and still in contact with both and good friends with them :/ . No reply from childcare.co.uk yet :(

Have you checked your PayPal account to see when the renewal date was for your subscription? Has any payment bounced?

Would anyone else have had access to you account - guessed your password, leave you computer on and logged in?

Probably best to wait and see what reply you get... it may take a while - don't think they operate 24/7 support, though will get to you as soon as they can.

Thanks for your replies, childcare.co.uk have just replied and it was because i had marked childcare emails as 'Junk' which i hadn't realised i had done.

No sometimes your email provider judges what maybe junk too :)
