I think they are also going to launch their Let's Talk Gross campaign at the same time - seems a good idea to me, as nannies will be in the news that week with luck.

I can't DM you because i am writing from my phone but my employer had problems with the net/gross salary. We agreed to a net salary (employer was advised so from the agency) but HMRC had a long chat to her about that you always need to arrange a gross salary. So from now I get paid a gross salary.
