Help with references...

I have been asked to write a general reference for my children's former nanny (who was absolutely wonderful!) and I'm struggling about what to include without sounding gushing...
Any ideas?

Gushing works as this is to another mother .

If I were a mother receiving a reference about a nanny from another mother I'd be happy with gushing Just write how she was with the kids etc.

I agree. Feel free to have a look at the two references I've got on my website if it helps although I'm a childminder so don't have quite the duties of a nanny. Just may spark some ideas for you
