Hi all

I'm about to fill out my SEF, as I'm due for my first ever inspection in may, and was wondering if anyone could help me out..... Could really do with an example of one.....

www.childmindingpaperwork.co.uk have a completed SEF sample written by an outstanding childminder. Hope that helps.

You don't have to do it, just so long as you can prove that you do self reflect.
You can show this by having a notebook that you jot down ideas, keep up to date by reading information on forums etc, give parents questionaires and implement any suggestions made.
Show that you are ready to implement the changes to the eyfs in september and show that you sign and date any changes you make to risk assessments and any policy changes.
